American visitor to London brings pelican with her.
A beautiful pelican three feet six inches high with a black silk bow tied round its neck was brought over from Paris in a special plane by Miss Caryle Bergman, an American visitor to London. On arrival the bird was taken to the visitors suit at a London hotel.
