Many devices which will make work easier and speedier the farmer, smallholder and the man with the back garden where demonstrated by the Royal horticultural Society at Wisley, Surrey today. Many of the appliances are at present "for export only" but it is hoped that soon they will be available to enable the home gardener and farmer to play a stronger role in the nation's battle the food.
Picture shows: the Easi-Digger a device for attachment to surveyed or fork to combat the danger of the lumbargo and kindred aches.
