Collectors will have rare souvenirs of Coronation - exquisite goblets etched in diamond-point work and bearing the cipher EIIR 2nd June 1953, surmounted by the Royal Crown. Producing the goblets at the Whitefriars glassworks, Wealdstone, Middlesex is Mr Frank Hill, one of the world's foremost glassblowers.
Picture shows: A Coronation goblet is engraved by Mr W J Wilson, director and chief designer at the Whitefriars Glassworks. The goblets were Mr Wilson's idea.
