R.A.C. Presentation Dinner, Pall Mall, three famous personalities were awarded trophies for their various achievements.
They were from Left to Right:- Racing Motorist Graham Hill, OBE., who was presented with "The Campbell Memorial Trophy" for his outstanding performance by the British driver of a British car in any form of Motor Competition during the calendar year.
Keith Duckworth, was presented with "The Dewar Trophy" for the design of the Ford Formula one engine which has retained the supremacy of British engineering in Grand Prix Racing and "The Hawthorn Memorial Trophy" went to racing motorist Jackie Stewart as the British or Commonwealth driver placec highest in the World Championship.
