Britian, London: Retired schoolteacher Mr and Mrs Claude Epps, from the village of Fishbourne, near Chichester, Sussex, arrive at number 10 Downing Street to see Lord Moyniham, treasurer of Sir Winston Churchill's birthday fund, hand the Premier a cheque for 150, 000 pounds. It was Mrs Epps, 77, who first suggested that a fund should be started for Sir Winston's birthday. The couple have been working for the fund since it started.
