The Duchess of York, who was unable to attend the christening of the baby prince owing to the prior engagement, openend the Isle of Dogs, Housing Societys first block of flats at St Huberts House, Janet Street, Isle of Dogs.

14"x12" (38x32cm) Modern Frame
