Scene of a Great Restitution
The Palazzo di Venezia at Rome, in which are now exhibited works of art worth more than a million pounds, originally taken from Italy by Austria but restored to her since the war. It is of significance that the Palace itself was formerly the property of the Austrian Goverment, being in fact its embassy in Rome. The Palace however was confiscated by Italy during the great war
