The giant Cunard White Star Liner " Queen Elizabeth" gets what is probably her first film role in the Wessex Film Productions " The Woman in the Wall". At her berth in Southampton Docks today the ship appeared in scenes shot showing the young British star Jean Simmons playing opposite 23-year old Nigel Buchanan, a newcomer to the screen. The film is based on the G.B Stern novel.
