For British racing motorists left Waterloo station on the Aquitania boad train for the American salt lakes in Utah where they will drive a 500 horse - power Napier - Railton car day and night for 48 hours in an attempt to shatter 19 of the worlds principal monitoring records at present held by George Eyston.
